Academic Planning and Course Information
Course Equivalencies – This page will help students figure out how their past, current, and future courses will transfer to ECU.
Degree Plans – Here, students can find a recommended semester-by-semester sequence for every four year degree offered at ECU. If students are looking for plans with NC Community College equivalencies, see Transfer Degree Plans.
NC Course Finder – This equivalency finder will help students locate courses at other UNC system campuses that have already been approved to transfer back to the students home UNC system campus.
Placement Credit – This page will help students evaluate Advanced Placement (AP), CLEP, DANTES, International Baccalaureate (IB) College Credit.
Reverse Transfer Program – Students who transfer to a North Carolina university from one of the 58 North Carolina community colleges are given the opportunity to combine the credits earned at the university with credit already earned at the community college to determine if the associate degree requirements have been met.
Transfer Degree Plans – Includes the North Carolina Comprehensive Articulation Agreement and Degree Plans specifically listing ECU and NCCC course equivalencies.
University Academic Catalogs – A comprehensive resource that outlines the rules, regulations, and policies every ECU student is expected to follow.
