Psychology
Psychology (Bachelor of Arts) program provides a flexible major designed to provide the student with a broad education in psychology. The program focuses on psychology as the scientific study of behavior and mental processes and fosters the development of critical thinking skills as well as an understanding of research methods and statistics. These skills can benefit students in the job market as well as those who plan to pursue graduate level study in psychology or related disciplines. Employment opportunities are available in a variety of areas such as residential counseling, social services case management, child care, sales, human resources, and market research.
